Spleen and lung weight of mice infected with M. avium. C57BL/6 female mice were infected with M. avium strain 25291(106 cfu) intravenously and the mice were sacrificed at 24 h and 2, 4, and 12 weeks, and the weight of spleen and lungs were analyzed. Weights of lung 24 h after SA injection were not detected. n.s indicates no significant. Each value is presented as mean ± standard deviation (n = 5). Significant differences (P < 0.05) were determined using Student’s t test
