Wound blood vessels scores during the 3rd, 7th, 14th, and 22nd days. There is a significant difference in the amount of wound blood vessel formation. In the treated groups, the amount of wound blood vessels formation was less than the control group, and less blood vessel formation causes more improvement to lead to effects in the healing process more than the control group.
