γ-Secretase inhibitor treatments suppress CCN1 expression in hiPSC-NS/PCs. a Expression of CCN1 in hiPSC-NS/PCs (neurospheres) is significantly reduced by treatment with a γ-secretase inhibitor (DAPT or compound 34). Compound 34 is more effective than DAPT in lowering CCN1 expression (n = 3 independent experiments). As a control sample, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as a solvent was added instead of GSI. Values in the line graphs represent the mean ± SD.
