ILC2s and Th2 cells compound positive feedback loop driving innate and adaptive immune responses in allergic inflammation and anti-helminth immunity. In visceral adipose tissue, IL-5 and IL-13 produced from ILC2s promote eosinophils and M2 macrophages implicated in metabolic homeostasis
